1. Return Eligibility

- The item has all original tags, packaging, dust bags, and accessories
- The item is not listed under non-returnable items (see Section 6)

2. Return Process
Once you submit your return request:

- Approved returns will receive a return authorization and instructions
- You must ship the item back within 7 days after approval
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund or exchange status
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
3. Refunds
If your return is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment
- Refund processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection
- Shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable
- Any return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for:
- Wrong item received
- Product defects
- Size or color replacement (subject to stock availability)
If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours with:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of packaging (if applicable)
We will arrange replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
If the order has already shipped, cancellation is not possible.
You may still request a return after receiving the product.

- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
